We will be happy to describe the subject of the right of return in more detail.
A distinction must be made here between end customers and business customers. You have a B2B relationship (Business to Business) with VERWAY.
In the business customer sector, the rules that there are no rights of return generally apply.
It´s standard procedure.
The business relationship between VERWAY and brand ambassadors is subject to this regulation.
VERWAY has, however, decided to grant a voluntary right of return to the trademark ambassadors for registration.
Of course, in special cases, such as a delivery where something is not in order, there is always communication with each other.
Here we would like to give you also a valuable assistance for you and your team:
The end customer (not a business customer) has the legal right to use a 14-day right of withdrawal.
However, this only applies to new and resalable goods. You do not need to take back used products.
I'll take a pictorial example here:
Someone runs a fruit & vegetable shop and sells Mrs Miller apples. Now she realises that she does not tolerate apples at all. No one ever gets the idea of returning the eaten apple.
The quality of the product is independent of the fact that an individual may not find something good or may not tolerate it.
So you do not need to take back goods used as a brand ambassador. What a brand ambassador weighs up for himself is an individual personal decision for reasons of goodwill.
