Due to the further development of our websites, it may happen from time to time that old local browser cache data does not display or function as desired.
So it is always good advice to empty the cache of the used browser as a first measure when unwanted results occur. Depending on the operating system and browser, this happens in very different ways.
For the most frequently used browsers we have compiled a small list with links to the respective manuals:
Google Chrome (recommended)
Internet Explorer (veraltet)
By the way: In our tests we achieved the best results on all end devices (PC, Mac & mobile end devices) with our websites in connection with the Google Chrome Browser. Therefore we recommend this browser, because it is also available on all platforms (Windows, IOS, Android, etc.) and devices.
Expert tip: In most browsers you can empty the cache of a certain page very quickly and easily: On your keyboard, hold down the control key (strg/ctrl) and then press the F5 key once - this will clear the cache for this one currently displayed page and reload the page.
