If something has changed in your master data, you can make most of these changes yourself, such as changing your e-mail address.
After logging in to your dashboard, please click on "Master data" in the navigation menu on the left and then on "My data".
Which data can I change myself?
You can make the following changes yourself:
- Indicated Language
- VAT number
- Date of Birth
- Telephon-/Fax-/mobil number
- Skype name
- Account details
If you are a customer of Clean Energy, Crypto Mining or the Academy, please click on the respective menu items once after completing the change(s),
so that synchronisation takes place between the portals and the then current data is accessed everywhere. A new window opens in each case. You can close them right away.
For all other changes, please contact the VERWAY service team, e.g. if the country has changed.
