Unfortunately, in recent months we have also seen some situations that have less to do with ethical behaviour.
For this reason, we write to all partners today so that everyone can lead by example in their structures and such things can be prevented in the future. Each intermediary benefits from bonuses from their own structure. Thus each intermediary bears joint responsibility for clean structures and clean communication.
Point 1 - Credit Card Fraud & Password Sharing:
A special anomaly has been detected in credit card fraud.
Any partner who is found to have such a case must expect irrevocable consequences.
In France, for example, the 3D-Secure procedure was also introduced for all credit card payments due to anomalies.
Never give your password to any third party. The general terms and conditions clearly state:
§ 7 OBLIGATIONS OF THE BRAND AMBASSADOR
(1) The Brand Ambassador is obliged to protect its personal passwords and login IDs against access by third parties.
This can additionally prevent misuse.

Point 2 - Deliveries to non-opened countries or territories
Deliveries are only possible to countries in which you are registered yourself. Some partners try, for example, if you are registered in Germany, to have goods sent to another country (Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Belgium, etc.). Or from France to Belgium or to countries that we do not supply, such as the island of Martinique.
In these cases, VERWAY suffers a large, completely underestimated loss. So far, we have been accommodating enough to wear this ourselves. But as these cases accumulate, this is no longer acceptable.
Each country has certain and above all different legal, logistical and shipping costs.
This is why there are different shipping costs in different countries, for example.
Please consider - we pay the logistics partner for every effort. We pay the labour, plus packing, plus postage, etc.
In countries like Greece the shipping costs are around € 25,- per direction and per parcel. We already subsidize shipping costs to a large extent so that everyone can be successful.
If now still another package comes back, then at least double and further costs develop.
Additionally, there are service costs (logistics & service team) because everything has to be unwound. The logistical costs are incurred once again when resetting to the warehouse - just as they are when taking it out to send it out.
We will contact you (write to you, clarify, solve), have to arrange a new shipment with a changed address, reverse processing, CP/BP back calculation, etc. . .
One lies fast by such acting with costs approximately around € 100, - and more.
We ask urgently for adherence to the defaults.
With immediate effect, VERWAY will invoice these costs on a pro rata basis.
€ 25,- if you try to place an order with an invalid address.
€ 50,- 50,- if the goods are even on their way and are returned.
- Spain - Mainland and Balearic Islands
- France - France Metropolises and Guadeloupe (GP only with pick-up)
We do NOT supply:
- Spain: Canary Islands
- We do NOT deliver to Oversee territories (DOM/TOM) such as Martinique, St Martin, Tahiti etc. (except Guadeloupe)
Please consider the points raised for your structural development and communicate this responsibly to your team. So every new VERWAY Brand Ambassador is safe to use right from the start.
